Xeaura designs, builds, and manages websites for businesses across the United States, from its home in Orange County. Approved partners introduce businesses to us, and earn a referral commission when a referral becomes a paying Xeaura client.

If you work with local businesses and come across one that needs a new website, a redesign, or someone to look after its site, you can introduce them to Xeaura instead of building it yourself.

Introductions to larger organizations — multi-location businesses, franchise groups, and Enterprise prospects — are welcome too, but commission is earned only on an eligible Website Setup fee, as set out in the Partner Terms. Enterprise and other custom contracts never earn commission.

- We review every application personally and approve partners who are a good fit.

- Share your personal Xeaura referral link when you introduce a business.
- 04 · Xeaura handles the rest
- We talk with the business, handle the proposal and payment, build the website, and look after the client relationship. Partners don't quote prices, negotiate, or make commitments for Xeaura.
- 05 · Earn
- After the referred business pays its Website Setup fee and its new website launches, Xeaura reviews the commission, approves it, and pays you by direct transfer.

- Your referral link
- A personal link that credits businesses you send to Xeaura to you.
- Referral tracking
- A business's first Get Started application or contact request made through your link — remembered for 90 days in the same browser — is recorded as your referral. Book-a-Call requests aren't attributed automatically; Xeaura can credit them manually.
- A partner portal
- Sign in with a one-time email link to see your referrals' progress and your commissions — no password, and no private details about the businesses.
- A direct relationship
- You work with Xeaura's founder, not an affiliate network.
A percentage of the Website Setup fee.
Your rate depends on how many of your referrals have become successful clients. Each commission keeps the rate it earned — reaching a higher tier never changes earlier commissions.

Examples use the current standard Website Setup price of $2,499. Commission is calculated on the Website Setup fee a client actually pays, less any refunds — so if a client pays a different amount, the commission follows what was paid. Commission applies only to eligible Website Setup fees. It never applies to Website Only, monthly Website Management, Xeaura Grow or its modules, Xeaura Operator, Xeaura AI Business, Xeaura AI Phone, Enterprise or other custom contracts, any recurring fees, add-ons, other separately quoted services or project fees, hourly work, or taxes — and it's paid once per client, not every month.
When a commission is earned.
- Paid in full
- The client has paid the full Website Setup fee to Xeaura.
- Website launched
- The client's new Xeaura website has launched.
- No refund or chargeback
- A refund or chargeback of the setup fee reduces or cancels the commission.
- Your referral first
- The business first contacted Xeaura through your link. A business that was already talking with Xeaura, or already a client, isn't a new referral — and each business can only be referred once.
- No self-referrals
- You can't refer yourself or your own business.
- Approval and payment
- Xeaura reviews and approves each commission before paying it by direct transfer. There's no automatic payout date, and payment details are arranged directly with you — never through the website.
How partners represent Xeaura.
Recommend Xeaura honestly and let people know you're a Xeaura partner. Don't quote prices, promise discounts or results, or present yourself as part of the Xeaura team — and no spam. Xeaura may pause or end a partnership that doesn't follow these basics.
The Partner Program is by invitation.
