- Hosting
- Your site runs on Xeaura's hosting infrastructure — hosting is included in the monthly fee.
- Security
- We monitor security and apply patches to your site's underlying platform.
- Backups
- Automated daily backups, kept for 30 days.
- Content updates
- Up to 2 minor content requests a month. Unused requests don't roll over.
- Fixes
- If something breaks because of our code or a platform update, fixing it is included.
- Monitoring
- Uptime and performance monitoring, with a summary available on request.
- Support
- Email support, with a response within 1 business day.
What counts as a minor update.
A minor update needs no new design or layout work and takes about 30 minutes or less.

More than 2 requests in a month, or anything over about 30 minutes, is billed at $100/hour or quoted separately. New pages, new sections, redesigns, and new features are always quoted before any work begins — and you can decline a quote with no obligation.

- Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Pacific Time, for clients throughout Orange County.
- Response time
- Standard requests get a reply within 1 business day — an acknowledgment and next step, not always a same-day fix.
- Emergencies
- If your site is down or there's a security breach, you'll hear back within 4 hours during business hours. There's no after-hours or weekend coverage; anything reported then is handled at the start of the next business day.

- Billing
- Billing starts on launch day, not the day you sign, and is charged monthly through Stripe.
- Your domain
- Your domain is registered in your own account and stays yours, no matter what.
- Cancelling
- Cancel with 30 days' written notice. Your site stays live through the notice period.
- Your content
- On request within 30 days of cancelling, we return your own content — the text and images you supplied.
- Keeping the website
- The site is built on Xeaura's framework, so the website itself isn't included by default — a one-time $1,499 buyout gets you a standalone copy you can host anywhere.
Not included: New pages, redesigns, new functionality, custom development, ongoing SEO or ad campaigns, and third-party service issues. Third-party costs — domain renewals, business email subscriptions, and similar — are billed to you directly.
